The R&D center is equipped with domestic first-class experimental facilities and testing instruments: including GPC of Thermo Fishergong scientific company, DSC of Pekin Elmer company, NIR of ABB company, SEM of FEI company, GC of Shimadzu company, viscometer meter, wear resistance tester, water pressure resistance tester, ultraviolet yellowing resistance detection monitor, ultraviolet yellowing resistance detection monitor, Martindale wear resistant machine, room temperature flexure tester, friction decolorization detector, High-speed hydraulic plane printing machine, elastomer casting machine, peel strength testing machine, micromelting point tester, ultraviolet spectrophotometer, ultrasonic cleaning machine, cone plate viscometer, constant temperature and humidity meter, softening point tester, textile moisture permeability tester, moisture permeability coefficient tester and other advanced testing equipment.
The R&D center has its own independent synthesis pilot plant, equipped with more than 30 reactors (specification: 500Kg-3 tons).
In addition, the R&D center is also equipped with dry PU leather pilot line, wet PU leather pilot line, microfiber leather pilot line, solvent-free PU leather pilot line, etc.
