On April 9, 2026, the Suzhou Municipal Bureau of Ecology and Environment publicly released the environmental impact assessment acceptance information for Xuchuan Technology (Kunshan) Co., Ltd.'s solvent-free polyurethane new materials project. With a total investment of 150 million yuan, the project will add a combined annual production capacity of 75,000 tons upon completion, primarily comprising three categories: 30,000 tons/year of solvent-free polyurethane resin for artificial leather, 25,000 tons/year for composite applications, and 20,000 tons/year of specialized polyurethane resin for high-end advanced composites.   All products are categorized into two major components, A and B, in accordance with the standards: 19,000 tons of solvent-free polyurethane resin component A and 11,000 tons of component B for leather applications; 10,000 tons of component A and 15,000 tons of component B for composite applications; and 10,000 tons each of component A and component B for advanced composite materials.   Xuchuan Technology (Kunshan) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Xuchuan Chemical (Suzhou) Co., Ltd.
