All products are categorized into two major components, A and B, in accordance with the standards: 19,000 tons of solvent-free polyurethane resin component A and 11,000 tons of component B for leather applications; 10,000 tons of component A and 15,000 tons of component B for composite applications; and 10,000 tons each of component A and component B for advanced composite materials.
Xuchuan Technology (Kunshan) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Xuchuan Chemical (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. With decades of expertise in the polyurethane sector, the company has become a leading domestic manufacturer of polyurethane resins. Particularly in the synthetic leather resin segment, it has grown into the world's largest supplier of polyurethane resins for synthetic leather, boasting the highest production capacity in China after years of dedicated development. The Kunshan subsidiary currently specializes in core raw materials such as polyol intermediates and synthetic leather polyurethane resins.
This expansion project is located at the existing factory premises at No.198 Xinle Road, Dianshanhu Town, Kunshan City. With a planned investment of 150 million yuan, the project will upgrade the existing No.3 production workshop, add specialized production equipment, and establish a new automated solvent-free polyurethane resin production line. The project has completed official investment registration (Approval No. Kunlvdushenbei [2026] No. 37). Upon reaching full production capacity, it will stably achieve the planned output capacity for three major categories of solvent-free products.
